Middle and Senior School students and families can expect two made-from-scratch soups daily; Live Well menu options; batch cooking to ensure freshness and food quality; BreadWorks bread in the deli; Schneider's Dairy PA Preferred rBST-free products (local milk, cottage cheese, and yogurt); fresh vegetables from Paragon Produce; and usage of eco-friendly products, including coffee cups, lids, soup bowls, and plates.   ​
